Killing Diana – RELEASE 31 AUGUST 2022
In January of 2022 Thomas spent several days in New York City filming with the production crew responsible for the Tubi documentary, Killing Diana, which explores Diana, Princess of Wales and how her death has re-shaped the British monarchy. The documentary is an in depth look at the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, her relationships outside of and within the Royal family, and the overall affect she had on those closest to The Crown. Filming at the famed Pierre Hotel on Central Park, Thomas put his best foot forward, armed with decades of knowledge, fact, and analysis that he has stored in his vast mental filing cabinet. Within the documentary Thomas comes across as his professional self, exuding confidence in his contributions, and conviction with his delivery. As a Royal authority and expert in such themes, Thomas was able to help shed light on a very different look at the relationship between Diana and The Crown. Thomas says he is honoured to have contributed to the documentary and is humbled by the overwhelming response to his contributions.
TUBI: On the 25th anniversary of Princess Diana’s tragic passing, we’re going behind castle walls to look at the extraordinary life and legacy of “The People’s Princess,” how destiny took her from the world too soon that tragic night in Paris, and how she not only reshaped the Monarchy but continues reshaping it today.
